La Unión has three microbiological, agronomic and multi-residue laboratories with state-of-the-art equipment, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality and food safety in our products.
Every year we carry out more than 64,000 analyses aimed at ensuring the health of all our consumers.
Microbiology
laboratory
Specialised in the control and monitoring of bacteria involved in the microbiological qualities of foodstuffs and processes.
Agronomic
laboratory
Specialised in the analysis of the physical and chemical composition of soil, foliage, water and foodstuffs.
This laboratory is complemented by equipment based on ICP-OES technology to evaluate the concentration of heavy metals.
Residue analysis

Specialised in the control and analysis of pesticide residues by means of tests using gas and liquid chromatography.
